Is a volleyball included?
Not with the single trainer. The 4-strap cradle holds her own size-5 volleyball, indoor or outdoor. The Starting Lineup Bundle includes a volleyball.
Will it fit my daughter?
The belt adjusts to fit waists from 22 to 40 inches, which covers most kids, teens and adults. Boys and adult players use it too.
Do I need to know volleyball to help her use it?
No. Clip the belt around her waist, put her ball in the cradle, set the cord length with the toggle, and she can start. That’s the whole setup.
Which skills is it best for?
Serving (toss and contact point), forearm passing and arm swing. Setting works too, but it’s harder on a cord. For hitting practice, add the Spike Trainer.
